Job Purpose:The Sales Manager will be responsible for driving sales growth of architectural finishing products such as flooring, partitions, ceilings, claddings, and other specialized products for the construction industry in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. The role involves developing strong relationships with consultants, contractors, and key project stakeholders to specify and secure product approvals, as well as ensuring successful sales execution from lead generation to contract closure.Key Responsibilities:Business Development &amp; Sales Execution:Identify, develop, and secure new business opportunities for architectural finishing products in the KSA market.Achieve sales targets and market share objectives set by the company.Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting, specifying, tendering, and closing deals.Client &amp; Consultant Engagement:Work closely with architects, consultants, and contractors to specify products in upcoming projects.Conduct technical presentations, product demonstrations, and site visits.Build and maintain long-term relationships with decision-makers in the construction sector.Market Intelligence &amp; Strategy:Monitor competitor activities, market trends, and industry developments.Recommend pricing strategies, promotional activities, and market penetration plans.Provide feedback to management for continuous product and service improvement.Project Tracking &amp; Coordination:Track ongoing and upcoming projects to secure product approvals at design and tender stages.Coordinate with the internal technical and logistics teams to ensure timely delivery and project satisfaction.Qualifications &amp; Experience:Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or equivalent.Minimum 10 years of sales experience in the Middle East, including at least 5 years exclusive experience in KSA selling architectural finishing products.Strong experience in product specification with consultants and handling key accounts in the construction industry.Fluency in English &amp; Arabic (spoken and written) is mandatory.Must hold a valid Saudi driving license.Key Competencies:Strong negotiation and closing skills.Excellent communication and presentation abilities.Deep knowledge of KSA construction market, procurement practices, and key players.Ability to work independently and meet deadlines under pressure.High level of integrity, professionalism, and customer service orientation.Other Requirements:Willingness to travel within KSA for client meetings and project follow-ups.Proficiency in MS Office and CRM systems.Familiarity with international standards and specifications related to architectural products.Job Type: Full-timeApplication Question(s):<ul><li>Do you hold a valid Saudi driving license?</li><li>What is your notice period (in days)?</li><li>Are you fluent in Arabic?</li><li>Are you willing to be based in Riyadh?</li><li>How many years of experience do you have in sales of fit-out and building materials in Saudi Arabia?</li></ul>
