You&rsquo;ll be responsible for delivering exceptional service, managing food and beverage orders efficiently, and fostering guest satisfaction from start to finish.Responsibilities<ul><li>Greet guests warmly and provide attentive, personalized service throughout their dining experience</li><li>Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS system ensuring timely delivery</li><li>Upsell menu items and specials to enhance guest experience and increase sales opportunities</li><li>Handle cash transactions accurately, including cash handling and cashiering duties, while maintaining proper sanitation and food safety standards</li><li>Assist with food preparation, bussing tables, and maintaining cleanliness in dining areas to ensure a welcoming environment</li><li>Use reservation systems like OpenTable to manage bookings efficiently and optimize seating arrangements</li><li>Foster positive guest relations by addressing inquiries, resolving issues promptly, and ensuring overall guest satisfaction</li></ul>Requirements<ul><li>Proven experience as a Server in food service or restaurant environments, preferably with fine dining or nightclub experience</li><li>Familiarity with POS systems</li><li>Strong knowledge of food handling, sanitation standards, and food safety protocols</li><li>Excellent communication skills and the ability to provide outstanding customer service</li><li>Ability to manage time effectively during busy shifts while multitasking seamlessly</li><li>Basic math skills for cash handling, billing, and order calculations</li><li>Knowledge of culinary terminology and food preparation processes is advantageous</li><li>Hospitality background with a focus on guest services and relations is highly valued</li></ul>Join us if you&rsquo;re passionate about delivering exceptional service in a dynamic environment!
