Job Overview
We are seeking energetic and dedicated Servers to join our vibrant food service team. As a Server, you will be the friendly face that creates memorable dining experiences for our guests. You’ll be responsible for delivering exceptional service, managing food and beverage orders efficiently, and fostering guest satisfaction from start to finish.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly and provide attentive, personalized service throughout their dining experience
• Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS system ensuring timely delivery
• Upsell menu items and specials to enhance guest experience and increase sales opportunities
• Handle cash transactions accurately, including cash handling and cashiering duties, while maintaining proper sanitation and food safety standards
• Assist with food preparation, bussing tables, and maintaining cleanliness in dining areas to ensure a welcoming environment
• Use reservation systems like OpenTable to manage bookings efficiently and optimize seating arrangements
• Foster positive guest relations by addressing inquiries, resolving issues promptly, and ensuring overall guest satisfaction

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Server in food service or restaurant environments, preferably with fine dining or nightclub experience
• Familiarity with POS systems
• Strong knowledge of food handling, sanitation standards, and food safety protocols
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to provide outstanding customer service
• Ability to manage time effectively during busy shifts while multitasking seamlessly
• Basic math skills for cash handling, billing, and order calculations
• Knowledge of culinary terminology and food preparation processes is advantageous
• Hospitality background with a focus on guest services and relations is highly valued
