This paid position offers an exciting opportunity to harness your creativity and analytical skills in a fast-paced environment committed to excellence and continuous improvement.Duties<ul><li>Design and implement multichannel marketing campaigns utilizing social media platforms, email marketing, print advertising, and digital advertising channels such as Google AdWords and Facebook Advertising.</li><li>Optimize website content using SEO best practices to improve search engine rankings and increase organic traffic, leveraging tools like WordPress, HTML, and Google Analytics.</li><li>Manage content marketing initiatives including copywriting, blog posts, product descriptions, and promotional materials to attract and retain customers.</li><li>Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive insights that inform strategic decision-making.</li><li>Utilize marketing automation tools to streamline campaigns, nurture leads, and enhance customer engagement through personalized messaging.</li><li>Analyze campaign performance metrics using analytics platforms to measure ROI, optimize strategies, and report on key performance indicators (KPIs).</li><li>Collaborate with sales teams on advertising sales initiatives and product management projects to align marketing efforts with business objectives.</li><li>Develop budgets for marketing campaigns, monitor expenditures, and ensure efficient allocation of resources across projects.</li></ul>Requirements<ul><li>Proven experience in digital marketing with a strong understanding of SEO, social media marketing, performance marketing, and multichannel strategies.</li><li>Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator) for content creation and visual design tasks.</li><li>Hands-on experience with Google Analytics, Google AdWords (now Google Ads), Facebook Advertising platforms, and marketing automation tools.</li><li>Knowledge of e-commerce platforms such as Shopify or similar systems; familiarity with WordPress and basic HTML coding is a plus.</li><li>Excellent research skills combined with strong copywriting abilities to craft compelling content tailored for B2B (business-to-business) audiences.</li><li>Ability to analyze data effectively to inform decisions and optimize ongoing campaigns for maximum impact.</li><li>Strong organizational skills with experience managing multiple projects simultaneously within budget constraints.</li><li>A proactive mindset with excellent communication skills to collaborate across teams and stakeholders effectively.
