Job SummaryWe are seeking an experienced Construction Accountant with a strong background in accounting to join our growing team. This is a key long-term position for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, organized environment and is ready manage our financial operations with $4- $5 million annual revenues, while supporting our commitment to delivering exceptional service in the industry. The Construction Accountant will work closely with the owners to provide administrative and financial support.What We&rsquo;re Looking For:<ul><li>Proven experience in construction accounting</li><li>Proficiency in QuickBooks</li><li>Strong knowledge of Accounts Receivable (AR) and Accounts Payable (AP)</li><li>Experience in preparing financial reports and account reconciliation</li><li>Knowledge of yearend tax reporting and ability to handoff to CPA</li><li>Familiarity with purchase orders, proposals, and invoicing</li><li>Payroll processing knowledge</li><li>Knowledge of AIA billing and WIP is a plus.</li><li>Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills</li><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field preferred</li></ul>Work Hours:Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:30 PMWhy Join Us?<ul><li>Stable, well-organized company with a strong reputation</li><li>Competitive pay</li><li>Supportive team environment</li><li>Smooth transition and training support from our outgoing controller (8 years with us)</li></ul><ul><li>If you or someone you know fits this role, we&rsquo;d love to connect.
