Job Summary We are seeking a detail-oriented Quality Control Inspector to join our team. This position is responsible for inspecting incoming materials, in-process work, and finished products to ensure compliance with Dan-Loc quality standards and customer specifications. The ideal candidate has experience in a manufacturing or warehouse environment involving fasteners, gaskets, or machined metal parts.Responsibilities:<ul><li>Perform quality inspections on incoming raw materials, in-process parts, and finished products.</li><li>Verify dimensions, threads, finishes, and materials using calipers, micrometers, gauges, and other precision tools.</li><li>Ensure products meet specifications, blueprints, and industry standards (ASTM, ASME, API, etc.).</li><li>Record inspection results, maintain quality documentation, and report non-conformances.</li><li>Work closely with production and warehouse teams to correct quality issues.</li><li>Inspect outgoing shipments for accuracy and proper packaging.</li><li>Assist in root-cause analysis and corrective actions to prevent defects.</li><li>Follow safety and ISO 9001 quality procedures at all times.</li></ul>Requirements:<ul><li>High school diploma or GED required; technical training in quality or machining a plus.</li><li>2+ years of quality control or inspection experience in manufacturing, machining, or warehouse operations.</li><li>Knowledge of measurement tools (calipers, micrometers, gauges) required.</li><li>Ability to read and interpret blueprints and part specifications.</li><li>Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.</li><li>Basic computer skills for data entry and report documentation.</li><li>Forklift experience is a plus.</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: $17.00 - $22.00 per hourExpected hours: 40 per weekWork Location: In person
