Your passion for hospitality and excellence will inspire a spotless environment that delights every guest.Duties<ul><li>Supervise and coordinate housekeeping staff to ensure efficient cleaning of guest rooms, public spaces, and back-of-house areas</li><li>Conduct regular inspections to verify cleanliness, safety, and adherence to brand standards</li><li>Train team members on proper cleaning techniques, safety protocols, and customer service expectations</li><li>Manage inventory of cleaning supplies, linens, and equipment to maintain operational readiness</li><li>Develop work schedules that optimize staffing levels during peak and off-peak hours</li><li>Address guest requests or concerns promptly to ensure a positive experience</li><li>Enforce health and safety regulations to maintain a secure environment for staff and guests</li></ul>Requirements<ul><li>Proven experience in housekeeping management within a hotel or hospitality setting</li><li>Strong knowledge of cleaning procedures, floor care, industrial cleaning, and janitorial practices</li><li>Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide a diverse team</li><li>Familiarity with custodial equipment and supplies management</li><li>Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills</li><li>Ability to work efficiently under pressure in a fast-paced environment</li><li>Prior experience with hospitality standards and guest service excellence is highly desirable</li></ul>Pay: From $17.75 per hourBenefits:<ul><li>Employee discount</li><li>Flexible schedule</li><li>Paid time off</li></ul>Work Location: In person
