Duties

• Supervise and coordinate housekeeping staff to ensure efficient cleaning of guest rooms, public spaces, and back-of-house areas
• Conduct regular inspections to verify cleanliness, safety, and adherence to brand standards
• Train team members on proper cleaning techniques, safety protocols, and customer service expectations
• Manage inventory of cleaning supplies, linens, and equipment to maintain operational readiness
• Develop work schedules that optimize staffing levels during peak and off-peak hours
• Address guest requests or concerns promptly to ensure a positive experience
• Enforce health and safety regulations to maintain a secure environment for staff and guests

Requirements

• Proven experience in housekeeping management within a hotel or hospitality setting
• Strong knowledge of cleaning procedures, floor care, industrial cleaning, and janitorial practices
• Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide a diverse team
• Familiarity with custodial equipment and supplies management
• Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to work efficiently under pressure in a fast-paced environment
• Prior experience with hospitality standards and guest service excellence is highly desirable

Pay: From $17.75 per hour
