SUMMARY
The Aircraft Supply Supervisor is responsible for overseeing and coordinating the daily operations of aircraft supply and cabin preparation activities to ensure efficient service delivery and compliance with company standards. This role involves supervising the cabin preparation team, managing inventory levels to prevent supply outages, and maintaining company assets in accordance with regulatory and safety requirements. The Supervisor conducts regular audits and inspections, enforces operational best practices, and ensures all team training is current and compliant.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Assist the Service Hub Manager in supervising daily operations.
- Address operational issues and concerns in a timely manner.
- Supervise the cabin preparation team to ensure operational excellence and quality customer service.
- Educate and enforce best practices, company policies, and service standards.
- Complete daily, weekly, and monthly audits as directed by the Service Hub Manager.
- Maintain and adjust PAR levels of stock to ensure zero outages.
- Maintain company assets to ensure compliance with state mandates and completion of required maintenance.
- Maintain and ensure all team training is compliant and kept up to date.
- Assist in interviewing, recruiting, training, and assigning work.
- Perform quality and safety inspections to promote a clean and safe work environment.
- Generate operational reports for management as needed or requested.
- Exemplify PrimeFlight customer service and safety standards.
- Perform any additional duties as assigned by management.
QUALIFICATIONS
- 18 years of age or older.
- Eligible to work in the United States.
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Demonstrated minimum of 1 year of operations experience.
- Intermediate or highly proficient in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
- Must have a valid state-issued driver’s license with an acceptable driving record.
- Communicate effectively in English (reading, writing, speaking).
- Ability to access and interpret information in print and electronically, including the use of electronic devices including iPads, tablets, computers, and mobile devices.
- Effectively communicate with colleagues and clients, both in-person and through electronic means.
- Pass a background check and drug screen.
- Eligibility to acquire needed credentials and clearances (FAA, TSA, Port Authority, U.S. Customs, and U.S. Postal as applicable).
- Airlines are 24/7, so we need our team members to be flexible to work various shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays.
