Our community is looking for a Housekeeping Supervisor to join our team.

Housekeeping Supervisor directly supervises employees in the housekeeping department. Carries out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the organization's policies and applicable laws. Responsibilities include interviewing, hiring, and training employees; planning, assigning, and directing work; appraising performance; rewarding and disciplining employees

Qualifications:

• Two (2) years supervisory and management experience including hiring staff, coaching, performance management, daily operations supervision, discipline and counseling.
• Three (3) years housekeeping/laundry operations experience.
• Associates degree preferred.

Background Screening Requirement: Employment is contingent upon completion of a Level 2 background screening in accordance with Florida AHCA requirements.
