Nanny/Household Manager

Responsibilities

• Provide attentive care for children, including infants, toddlers, and preschool-aged kids, ensuring their safety and well-being at all times
• Prepare nutritious meals and snacks tailored to children's dietary needs and preferences
• Assist with daily routines such as bathing, dressing, homework supervision, and nap schedules
• Engage children in educational activities, playtime, and developmental exercises aligned with teaching and caregiving best practices
• Manage household tasks including cleaning, laundry, organizing supplies, and maintaining a tidy living environment
• Support with errands, grocery shopping, and meal planning to ensure household efficiency
• Administer first aid when necessary and handle minor health concerns promptly and appropriately
• Work with individuals with disabilities or special needs to promote inclusive caregiving practices
• Oversee preschool activities or daycare routines as needed to foster early childhood development
• Maintain open communication with parents regarding children's progress, behavior, and household needs

Skills

• Proven experience with children through nannying, babysitting, daycare work, or teaching roles
• Strong knowledge of infant care, toddler care, and preschool activities
• Ability to perform meal preparation and light household cleaning efficiently
• First aid certification or experience in administering basic medical assistance
• Compassionate caregiving skills with patience and adaptability
• Experience working with individuals with disabilities or special needs is a plus
• Excellent organizational skills to manage household routines effectively
• Reliable transportation and the ability to handle errands or appointments as needed
• Warm personality with excellent communication skills to foster positive relationships with children and family members
