Full Time Nanny Needed for Sweet 5 Month Old & Occasional Care for 6 Year Old Sister

Children: Two children, primary care for 5 month old and occasional care for 6 (almost 7) year old after school and in between summer camps.

Compensation: $22-$25 / HR

Schedule: Monday through Friday 8am-5pm

Description: A down to earth and welcoming family of four is seeking a full time nanny to start with their family as soon as possible. The anticipated schedule is Monday-Friday from 8am-5pm and the role will consist of caring mostly for the family's 5 month old. The 6 year old is in school Monday-Friday and will need to be picked up and cared for towards the end of the day or if she is out of school. During the summer months she stays fairly busy in camps and so primary focus will be on the baby during that time as well.

Ideally the candidate will help the baby maintain his routine / schedule, assist with diaper changes, feedings, bottle washing and sanitizing, as well as children's laundry and general tidying of play spaces. The family is seeking a candidate who is comfortable taking the children out to parks, libraries, etc... and engage the children in reading, music, art, and other age appropriate activities. The family values strong communication and patience. They are seeking a long term fit and in need of a candidate who is comfortable with two Aussiedoodles in the background who don't require any specific care. The family is offering between $22-$25 per hour, guaranteed hours, and PTO.
