Web Developer (WordPress + Webflow) OverviewWe are seeking a talented Web Developer skilled in WordPress and Webflow to design, build, and maintain visually stunning, high-performing websites. The ideal candidate is a creative problem-solver who can blend technical precision with aesthetic storytelling, turning ideas into immersive digital experiences.You&rsquo;ll work closely with designers, content creators, and marketing teams to deliver websites that are both beautifully designed and optimized for performance, interactivity, and conversions.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelopment &amp; Maintenance<ul><li>Build, customize, and maintain websites using WordPress and Webflow, ensuring responsive, user-friendly, and SEO-optimized layouts.</li><li>Develop custom WordPress themes and plugins to meet project-specific needs.</li><li>Set up and manage WooCommerce stores, including product pages, custom checkout flows, and payment integrations.</li><li>Integrate APIs and third-party services to extend functionality (e.g., Razorpay, Mailchimp, Zapier, Ship rocket).</li></ul>Design &amp; Interactivity<ul><li>Translate Figma/Adobe XD designs into pixel-perfect websites with smooth animations and transitions.</li><li>Implement interactive and dynamic features using Webflow Interactions, GSAP (GreenSock), or Lottie animations.</li><li>Create immersive, scroll-triggered animations and micro-interactions that enhance storytelling.</li></ul>Optimization &amp; Maintenance<ul><li>Ensure cross-browser compatibility, mobile responsiveness, and accessibility compliance.</li><li>Optimize websites for speed, SEO, and performance (using tools like Lighthouse or GTmetrix).</li><li>Troubleshoot, debug, and update existing websites as needed.</li></ul>Collaboration<ul><li>Work closely with creative and marketing teams to maintain brand consistency across digital platforms.</li><li>Suggest innovative web solutions and stay updated with emerging design and tech trends.</li></ul>Requirements<ul><li>Proven experience in WordPress and Webflow development.</li><li>Strong understanding of HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, PHP, and MySQL.</li><li>Experience with WooCommerce setup and customization.</li><li>Proficiency in Webflow CMS and use of custom code integrations.</li><li>Experience with interactive web design, animations (GSAP/Lottie), and responsive design principles.</li><li>Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and creative mindset.</li><li>Basic understanding of SEO, analytics, and website security.</li><li>Experience with Elementor, Advanced Custom Fields (ACF), or Finsweet/Relume tools.</li></ul>Preferred Qualifications<ul><li>2&ndash;4 years of experience in web development or digital design.</li><li>Portfolio showcasing WordPress and Webflow projects &mdash; especially those with interactive and eCommerce elements.</li><li>Familiarity with Figma, Adobe XD, or similar design tools.</li><li>Strong communication and collaboration skills.</li></ul>Why You&rsquo;ll Love This Role<ul><li>Freedom to experiment with new web technologies and creative interactions.</li><li>Opportunity to work on visually driven, storytelling-based projects.</li><li>Collaborative environment where design and tech merge seamlessly.</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: Up to &#8377;48,000.00 per monthBenefits:<ul><li>Work from home</li></ul>Work Location: Remote
