Web Developer (WordPress + Webflow)

Overview

We are seeking a talented Web Developer skilled in WordPress and Webflow to design, build, and maintain visually stunning, high-performing websites.
The ideal candidate is a creative problem-solver who can blend technical precision with aesthetic storytelling, turning ideas into immersive digital experiences.

You’ll work closely with designers, content creators, and marketing teams to deliver websites that are both beautifully designed and optimized for performance, interactivity, and conversions.

Key ResponsibilitiesDevelopment & Maintenance

• Build, customize, and maintain websites using WordPress and Webflow, ensuring responsive, user-friendly, and SEO-optimized layouts.
• Develop custom WordPress themes and plugins to meet project-specific needs.
• Set up and manage WooCommerce stores, including product pages, custom checkout flows, and payment integrations.
• Integrate APIs and third-party services to extend functionality (e.g., Razorpay, Mailchimp, Zapier, Ship rocket).

Design & Interactivity

• Translate Figma/Adobe XD designs into pixel-perfect websites with smooth animations and transitions.
• Implement interactive and dynamic features using Webflow Interactions, GSAP (GreenSock), or Lottie animations.
• Create immersive, scroll-triggered animations and micro-interactions that enhance storytelling.

Optimization & Maintenance

• Ensure cross-browser compatibility, mobile responsiveness, and accessibility compliance.
• Optimize websites for speed, SEO, and performance (using tools like Lighthouse or GTmetrix).
• Troubleshoot, debug, and update existing websites as needed.

Collaboration

• Work closely with creative and marketing teams to maintain brand consistency across digital platforms.
• Suggest innovative web solutions and stay updated with emerging design and tech trends.

Requirements

• Proven experience in WordPress and Webflow development.
• Strong understanding of HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, PHP, and MySQL.
• Experience with WooCommerce setup and customization.
• Proficiency in Webflow CMS and use of custom code integrations.
• Experience with interactive web design, animations (GSAP/Lottie), and responsive design principles.
• Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and creative mindset.
• Basic understanding of SEO, analytics, and website security.
• Experience with Elementor, Advanced Custom Fields (ACF), or Finsweet/Relume tools.

Preferred Qualifications

• 2–4 years of experience in web development or digital design.
• Portfolio showcasing WordPress and Webflow projects — especially those with interactive and eCommerce elements.
• Familiarity with Figma, Adobe XD, or similar design tools.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
