This <b>Tier II</b> role is a chance for you to &lsquo;Level Up&rsquo; and hone your skills and expertise in technology, problem-solving, cybersecurity and customer service. The position will have you talking with people all day and helping our amazing clients with computer related issues such as networking, basic server tasks, Office 365 management, or those ever so frustrating and complicated desktop issues that will require you to think quick and come up with creative and secure solutions. Candidates must be great on the phone and capable of helping to coach junior techs and have conversations wiht our amazing clients.

Tier II Technician

<div><p><b>Code Blue Computing is a Managed Services Provider that specializes in Business IT Support and Cyber Security. We are a fast-growing company that is committed to being the primary resource for IT Support in Colorado and and we're looking for Sales Development Representatives (SDRs) to help support our rapid growth.
</b><br>

As an SDR, you'll work with the sales team to create, qualify and confirm sales opportunities. This will be a Remote position with a competitive hourly rate plus bonuses. It is required to have internet access and a computer &amp; headset with the ability to call from our web-based CRM. You must be available to call companies based in the MST time zone during their business hours.<br>

<b>Responsibilities</b></p><ul><li><p><br>
Prospect for new clients - call to fill webinars or attend virtual or in-person appointments.</p></li><li><p>
Confirm inbound and outbound appointments for senior sales consultants.</p></li><li><p>
Support sales consultants with research, materials and opportunities.</p></li><li><p>
Maintain call logs and records</p></li><li><p>
Make a minimum of 500 calls a week with a goal of setting appointments for webinars and FTA's (First Time Appointments)</p></li><li><p>
