The candidate will be responsible for creating engaging content, managing digital campaigns, and contributing to the brand identity of CodeWild Tech across social platforms and marketing channels.This role offers an excellent opportunity to work in a dynamic environment where software, education, and creativity come together.Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns across multiple channels (Instagram, YouTube, Facebook, LinkedIn, and Google).</li><li>Create engaging social media content including posts, reels, banners, and promotional videos.</li><li>Design visually appealing creatives using tools like Canva, Photoshop, or Illustrator.</li><li>Edit videos for brand marketing, promotional content, and student testimonials using tools like CapCut, Premiere Pro, or After Effects.</li><li>Manage SEO strategies and analyze engagement metrics to improve online reach and visibility.</li><li>Collaborate with the technical and academic teams to create impactful campaign ideas for our software training programs.</li><li>Maintain brand consistency and ensure a modern, professional design language across all materials.</li><li>Assist in paid ad campaigns (Google Ads, Meta Ads) and track ROI.</li><li>Develop email marketing campaigns and newsletters for students and clients.</li></ul>Required Skills &amp; Qualifications:<ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Marketing, Media, Design, or related field (preferred).</li><li>0&ndash;2 years of experience in Digital Marketing, Graphic Design, or Video Editing. (Freshers with strong portfolios are welcome to apply!)</li><li>Strong knowledge of:</li><li>Graphic Design Tools: Canva, Photoshop, Illustrator.</li><li>Video Editing Tools: CapCut, Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve, or After Effects.</li><li>Marketing Tools: Meta Business Suite, Google Ads, SEO, and Analytics platforms.</li><li>Understanding of social media algorithms and digital trends.</li><li>Excellent creativity, time management, and attention to detail.</li><li>Ability to brainstorm new ideas and work collaboratively in a fast-paced software environment.</li></ul>Preferred Skills (Added Advantage):<ul><li>Basic knowledge of website editing (WordPress, Wix, or HTML/CSS).</li><li>Copywriting and storytelling for social media and ad campaigns.</li><li>Knowledge of motion graphics or animation.</li><li>Experience in running paid campaigns and using Google Tag Manager.</li></ul>Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher, InternshipPay: &#8377;12,000.00 - &#8377;25,000.00 per monthWork Location: In person
