HR Executive Fresher

We are seeking a dynamic and enthusiastic HR Executive to join our team at CodeWild Tech.

Role: HR Executive Fresher

Location: Thambanoor, Thiruvananthapuram

Key Responsibilities:

- Assist in recruitment and onboarding processes

- Manage employee records and documentation

- Support HR operations and administrative tasks

- Contribute to employee engagement initiatives

- Help with HR policy implementation

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in any discipline

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills

- Proficiency in MS Office and basic HR software

- Willingness to learn and grow in HR field

IMPORTANT: MBA is NOT mandatory for this position. We welcome fresh graduates with enthusiasm and willingness to learn.
