We are seeking a highly organized and results-driven E-commerce Virtual Assistant (VA) to manage and grow our online sales channels, including Amazon, eBay, and TikTok Shop. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with Private Label, White Label, Stock-based, and Dropshipping models, and will be responsible for day-to-day store operations, product management, order processing, and performance optimization.Key ResponsibilitiesMarketplace Management<ul><li>Manage and optimize Amazon Seller Central, eBay Seller Hub, and TikTok Shop</li><li>Create, upload, and optimize product listings (titles, descriptions, images, keywords)</li><li>Handle Private Label and White Label product listings</li><li>Manage stock inventory and dropshipping products</li><li>Ensure compliance with marketplace policies and guidelines</li></ul>Product &amp; Listing Optimization<ul><li>Conduct product research and competitor analysis</li><li>Optimize listings for SEO, conversion rate, and visibility</li><li>Manage pricing, promotions, coupons, and discounts</li><li>Coordinate A+ content (Amazon) and enhanced listing formats where applicable</li></ul>Order &amp; Inventory Management<ul><li>Process and monitor orders across all platforms</li><li>Coordinate with suppliers, warehouses, and dropshipping partners</li><li>Track inventory levels and prevent stockouts or overselling</li><li>Handle returns, refunds, and replacements</li></ul>Customer Support<ul><li>Respond to customer inquiries and messages in a professional and timely manner</li><li>Manage disputes, claims, chargebacks, and negative feedback</li><li>Maintain high seller ratings and customer satisfaction scores</li></ul>Advertising &amp; Growth Support<ul><li>Assist with Amazon PPC, eBay promotions, and TikTok Shop campaigns</li><li>Monitor performance metrics and prepare basic sales reports</li><li>Identify opportunities to improve sales and operational efficiency</li></ul>Required Skills &amp; Qualifications<ul><li>Proven experience as an E-commerce VA or Marketplace Manager</li><li>Hands-on experience with Amazon, eBay, and TikTok Shop</li><li>Strong understanding of:</li><li>Private Label &amp; White Label business models</li><li>Stock-based &amp; Dropshipping operations</li><li>Familiarity with Amazon FBA / FBM</li><li>Basic knowledge of product research and keyword tools</li><li>Excellent written English communication skills</li><li>Strong attention to detail and organizational skills</li><li>Ability to work independently and meet deadlines</li></ul>Preferred (Nice to Have)<ul><li>Experience with tools such as Helium 10, Jungle Scout, ZIK Analytics, or similar</li><li>Experience handling TikTok Shop product approvals and compliance</li><li>Basic graphic or listing image coordination skills</li><li>Experience working with UK, EU, or US marketplaces</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: Rs40,000.00 - Rs60,000.00 per monthWork Location: In person
