Job Description: 
<ul>
<li>Drives business value of own (sub-) process depending on overall process strategy</li>
<li>Communicates and implements continuously the (sub-) process Make to Stock on global level</li>
<li>Take care of all M2S deployment tasks in rollout project.</li>
<li>Aligns and adapts the (sub-) process changes including requirements from users, norms, standards and other processes</li>
<li>Support definition of the roadmap to roll-out and increase the maturity level of the (sub-) process M2S</li>
<li>Secure a sustainable implementation and compliance of the process standards</li>
<li>Drive digitalization and automation in Manufacturing to Supply incl. implementation of standardizedIndustry 4.0 solution sets</li>
<li>Monitor relevant key performance indicators, initiate and manage implementation and transformation programs to build or improve processes/capabilities</li>
<li>Train and coach user departments on how to apply standard processes</li>
<li>Intensive communication, collaboration and change management in an international environment</li>
</ul>
Qualifications
 
<ul>
<li>Several years of experience with S/4especially in Manufacturing area (M2S)</li>
<li>Relevant university degree (e.g. Business Administration or Industrial Engineering) with focus on Manufacturing and /or Supply Chain processes</li>
<li>Several years of experience in consulting or industry, preferably in Consumer Goods or Retail;</li>
<li>Extensive business experience in manufacturing to supply processes from projects and / or operations</li>
<li>Strategically thinking and a strong mindset to drive improvement and operational excellence</li>
<li>Shares our vision for the digitalized flexible and efficient Supply Chain with AI ready for the future</li>
