SENIOR QUALITY ANALYST - T24 Applications

Key Responsibilities
1. Temenos T24 Functional Expertise

• Perform testing across key T24 modules: Accounts, Funds Transfer, Loans, Deposits, Payments, and Customer Management
• Validateretail and corporate banking workflows, including lending, deposits, and transaction processing
• Understand and testT24 architecture, environments, and version upgrades
• Work withOFS (Open Financial Services) messages for data validation and integration testing

2. Testing QA Activities

• Design and executefunctional, regression, integration, and system testing for T24 applications
• PerformAPI testing for T24 integrations with external systems
• Validateend-to-end banking transactions across multiple systems
• Prepare and managetest data within T24 environments
• Execute and monitorbatch processes and COB (Close of Business) activities

3. Automation Tools

• Develop and maintaintest automation frameworks using tools likeSelenium or Playwright
• Integrate automation suites with CI/CD pipelines for continuous testing
• Supporttest coverage improvement and regression optimization

4. Agile Collaboration

• Participate inAgile ceremonies (Sprint planning, stand-ups, retrospectives)
• Work closely with cross-functional teams includingT24 developers, architects, and business stakeholders
• Supportrelease validation, UAT, and production readiness

Required Skills Qualifications

• Strong hands-on experience inTemenos T24 (Transact) testing
• In-depth knowledge ofcore banking processes and T24 modules
• Expertise infunctional, integration, and regression testing
• Experience working withOFS messages, APIs, and T24 interfaces
• Good understanding ofCOB processes, batch jobs, and data validation
• Exposure totest automation frameworks (Selenium/Playwright preferred)
• Familiarity withAgile/Scrum methodology
