Job SummaryWe&rsquo;re a mobile app startup hiring an experienced video editor/creative producer to own video-first creative end-to-end. We&rsquo;re looking for someone to step in, brainstorm fresh ideas, create compelling, engaging content, and help expand our footprint across TikTok, Instagram, Twitter/X, and more. Our immediate focus is creating high-quality, faceless vertical video ads. Over time, we&rsquo;d like to expand into additional formats (series, longer-form, clips, carousels) as our content strategy grows.Responsibilities (initial focus)<ul><li>Lead our short-form creative pipeline with the highest quality and consistency.</li><li>Develop concepts and scripts that turn our product and messaging into story-driven vertical videos.</li><li>Edit premium, retention-focused 9:16 ads (15&ndash;30s) with crisp visual hierarchy, motion text, and strong hooks.</li><li>Source and integrate licensed stock/B-roll to elevate faceless storytelling while keeping brand tone consistent.</li><li>Run iteration loops: versioning, revisions, and continuous improvement based on feedback and results.</li></ul>Experience<ul><li>4+ years professional editing/creative production or equivalent portfolio demonstrating high-level execution.</li><li>Experience creating AI-generated visual elements or video clips to enhance storytelling.</li><li>Proven ability to ideate + script + edit short-form vertical videos end-to-end (hook &rarr; narrative &rarr; polished final).</li><li>Portfolio showing faceless/product-led storytelling with strong pacing and visual clarity.</li><li>Strong command of retention editing (pacing, clarity on mobile, readable motion text, sound design).</li><li>Experience shipping in fast-moving environments with shifting priorities and rapid iteration.</li><li>Proficiency in professional editing + motion tools with clean project organization, versioning, and exports.</li></ul>To applyPlease email your resume, portfolio, and a brief introduction to careers@dae.one.Pay: $100,000.00 - $130,000.00 per yearBenefits:<ul><li>Dental insurance</li><li>Health insurance</li><li>Life insurance</li><li>Paid time off</li><li>Vision insurance</li></ul>People with a criminal record are encouraged to applyWork Location: Remote
