<div>Coker is seeking self-motivated undergraduate students interested in gaining hands-on experience in healthcare consulting, with a focus on data analytics, physician services, valuations, information technology, revenue cycle, and performance improvement. This paid internship will offer personal and professional growth, providing exposure to a range of healthcare consulting services while learning new tools and gaining real-world experience.

This internship is ideal for individuals with strong analytical skills, a passion for problem-solving, and an interest in healthcare business operations. Interns will have the opportunity to work on both short-cycle projects and longer-term assignments that will help develop their skills in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities/Duties:
<ul><li>
Assist consultants with the delivery of project work across various healthcare consulting areas, including data analytics, physician services, valuations, IT, revenue cycle, and performance improvement.</li><li>
Contribute to drafting client-facing materials and deliverables.</li><li>
Deepen knowledge of Microsoft Office programs (PowerPoint, Word, Excel) while assisting in the preparation of final deliverables.</li><li>
Learn and utilize data analysis tools such as Tableau, Microsoft Power BI, and Alteryx to enhance data-driven insights.</li><li>
Design and present data findings using charts, graphs, and tables in clear and understandable formats for internal teams.</li><li>
Support data manipulation and dataset preparation for client engagement analytics.</li><li>
Assist in research and analysis related to healthcare business challenges.</li><li>
Perform other duties as assigned to support project teams and client needs.</li></ul><ul><li>
Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel).</li><li>
Strong critical thinking and problem-solving abilities.</li><li>
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.</li><li>
Exceptional analytical skills with a keen interest in solving business challenges.</li><li>
Strong attention to detail.</li><li>
Enthusiasm for learning new skills and tools.</li><li>
Professional attitude and demeanor in all communications.</li><li>
Experience with Tableau, Power BI, or Alteryx is a plus.</li></ul>

Qualifications:
<ul><li>
Currently pursuing a Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Industrial Engineering, Business, Health Administration, Data Analytics, or a related field.</li><li>
Minimum GPA of 3.0.</li><li>
Availability to commit 40 hours per week.</li><li>
Must be able to work on-site at Coker offices and client locations as required.</li><li>
Able to complete a 10&ndash;12-week internship during the [fall/spring/summer] semester.</li></ul>

Location/Travel:

The position is based at Coker&rsquo;s office in Alpharetta or Nashville.</li><li>
