This role offers a unique opportunity to gain exposure to law firm management, client relations, and business operations in a fast-paced and professional environment.Position OverviewThe Assistant to the Founder serves as a key support role within the firm, responsible for managing administrative operations, coordinating communications, and assisting with client-facing processes. This individual will work closely with the Founder and team members to ensure the office runs efficiently and that clients receive a high level of service.Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate appointments for the Founder and executive team</li><li>Prepare and track expense reports and assist with basic financial administration</li><li>Coordinate travel arrangements, including itineraries and logistics</li><li>Streamline internal and external communications to ensure efficiency and responsiveness</li><li>Support the executive team with day-to-day operational and administrative tasks</li><li>Help facilitate smooth daily operations through strong organization and proactive problem-solving</li></ul>Qualifications<ul><li>1+ year of experience in an office setting (administrative support preferred).</li><li>Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a pleasant and professional phone presence.</li><li>Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.</li><li>Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook, Excel); ability to quickly learn legal CRM or case management software (e.g., Clio, Lawmatics).</li><li>Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.</li><li>Customer service mindset and ability to remain calm and effective under pressure.</li><li>Associate&rsquo;s degree required.</li></ul>Work Schedule<ul><li>Full-time, in-office position</li><li>Monday&ndash;Friday, 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM</li></ul>Compensation &amp; Benefits<ul><li>Competitive salary based on experience</li><li>Health, dental, and vision insurance</li><li>401(k) with employer matching</li><li>Paid time off (vacation, sick leave, and holidays)</li><li>Opportunities for professional growth and advancement</li><li>Collaborative and supportive team culture</li></ul>Why Join Us?At Cole Law Group, you&rsquo;ll be part of a team that values integrity, professionalism, and results.
