If you thrive in a fast-paced setting, possess excellent organizational skills, and enjoy helping others, this position offers a rewarding opportunity to contribute to a vibrant workplace.Duties<ul><li>Greet visitors warmly and direct them appropriately, providing exceptional customer service at all times</li><li>Manage multi-line phone systems, screen calls, take messages, and transfer calls efficiently using proper phone etiquette</li><li>Maintain a clean and organized front desk area, including filing, data entry, and document proofreading to ensure accuracy</li><li>Schedule appointments, manage calendars, and coordinate meetings using Microsoft Office and Google Workspace tools</li><li>Handle incoming and outgoing mail, package deliveries, and maintain office supplies inventory</li><li>Support basic bookkeeping tasks using QuickBooks or similar software for invoicing and expense tracking</li><li>Assist with clerical duties such as copying, scanning, data entry, and maintaining electronic and physical filing systems</li></ul>Skills<ul><li>Proven experience in office management or administrative roles with strong organizational skills</li><li>Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Google Workspace applications</li><li>Excellent computer literacy with the ability to quickly adapt to new software tools</li><li>Strong typing skills with attention to detail for proofreading documents and data entry</li><li>Exceptional customer service skills combined with professional phone etiquette</li><li>Ability to handle multi-line phone systems efficiently while maintaining composure under pressure</li><li>Bilingual abilities are highly valued to serve diverse client needs effectively</li><li>Experience as a dental or medical receptionist is a plus; familiarity with calendar management in healthcare settings is advantageous</li><li>Personal assistant experience or office experience that demonstrates multitasking capabilities</li><li>Knowledge of bookkeeping procedures using QuickBooks or similar accounting software is preferred</li><li>Demonstrated time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively in a busy environment</li></ul>Embark on a role where your organizational talents shine!
