We are a fast-growing international team building the future of urban living &mdash; and now we&rsquo;re expanding our Istanbul team.Who we&rsquo;re looking forWe are currently looking for a Customer Success Manager to join Colife Istanbul.This role is a great fit for someone who enjoys communication, knows how to build trust with clients, and can confidently handle both operational and customer-related tasks.What you&rsquo;ll do<ul><li>Consult tenants on payments, charges, and accommodation terms</li><li>Inform residents about upcoming payments and remind them about payment deadlines</li><li>Work with outstanding balances: handle overdue payments in a correct and efficient way, and cooperate with the legal team when needed</li><li>Maintain a high level of tenant satisfaction and build long-term relationships with clients</li><li>Increase customer loyalty and support the lease renewal process</li><li>Manage documentation: move-in paperwork, move-out coordination, and related approvals</li><li>Organize and support tenant visits, relocations between locations, and room inspections after move-out</li></ul>What we expect from you<ul><li>At least 1 year of experience in Customer Success, Customer Support, or Client Management</li><li>Understanding of the main stages of the sales process</li><li>Knowledge of the rental real estate market will be a plus</li><li>English level B2 or higher</li><li>Experience with CRM systems such as amoCRM or Bitrix is preferred</li></ul>What we offer<ul><li>5/2 schedule, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM</li><li>Hybrid format: 3 days in the office, 2 days remote</li><li>Compensation in USD / TRY, based on interview results</li><li>Career growth opportunities in an international company</li><li>A friendly and supportive team environment, with help and guidance whenever needed</li></ul>We&rsquo;d love to meet youIf you enjoy working with people, know how to keep processes under control, and want to grow in an international company, we&rsquo;d be happy to see you at the interview.Job Types: Full-time, PermanentPay: 45,000.00TRY - 55,000.00TRY per monthWork Location: Hybrid remote in Kadık&ouml;y
