Who we’re looking for

We are currently looking for a Customer Success Manager to join Colife Istanbul.

This role is a great fit for someone who enjoys communication, knows how to build trust with clients, and can confidently handle both operational and customer-related tasks.

What you’ll do

• Consult tenants on payments, charges, and accommodation terms
• Inform residents about upcoming payments and remind them about payment deadlines
• Work with outstanding balances: handle overdue payments in a correct and efficient way, and cooperate with the legal team when needed
• Maintain a high level of tenant satisfaction and build long-term relationships with clients
• Increase customer loyalty and support the lease renewal process
• Manage documentation: move-in paperwork, move-out coordination, and related approvals
• Organize and support tenant visits, relocations between locations, and room inspections after move-out

What we expect from you

• At least 1 year of experience in Customer Success, Customer Support, or Client Management
• Understanding of the main stages of the sales process
• Knowledge of the rental real estate market will be a plus
• English level B2 or higher
• Experience with CRM systems such as amoCRM or Bitrix is preferred
