Part-Time Studio / Office Manager (Interior Design Firm)Raleigh, NC (On-Site &ndash; 6500 Creedmoor Rd) 20&ndash;25 hours per week $30&ndash;$35/hour (based on experience)A high-end residential interior design firm is seeking a polished, detail-oriented professional to join our team as the Studio Manager. This role is ideal for an experienced office or operations professional seeking a part-time, on-site position in a collaborative and design-focused environment.The Studio Manager serves as the operational backbone of the firm&mdash;ensuring smooth day-to-day administrative, financial, and vendor coordination functions, while representing the company professionally to clients and partners.Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Serve as the primary point of contact for studio visitors, clients, and vendors</li><li>Prepare client contracts, reports, and documentation</li><li>Manage client invoicing, purchase orders, and vendor payments (QuickBooks)</li><li>Biweekly reporting of hourly design time to clients</li><li>Coordinate vendor communication, order tracking, and issue resolution</li><li>Maintain subcontractor documentation (COIs, 1099s)</li><li>Support project setup and tracking in Asana</li><li>Assist with marketing initiatives and campaign coordination</li><li>Provide administrative and operational support to the design team</li><li>Maintain studio organization and supplies</li></ul>Qualifications:<ul><li>5+ years of office management, administrative, or operations experience</li><li>Highly organized with strong attention to detail</li><li>Excellent written and verbal communication skills</li><li>Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook)</li><li>Experience with QuickBooks and/or Asana preferred</li><li>Background in interior design, construction, or related industries a plus</li><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree preferred</li></ul>Compensation &amp; Benefits:<ul><li>$30&ndash;$35/hour, depending on experience</li><li>SIMPLE IRA with employer match</li><li>Monthly health insurance stipend</li><li>Paid holidays and PTO</li><li>Flexible schedule, predictable hours, and stable long-term role</li></ul>To apply, please send resume (cover letter optional) to sally@colorfulconcepts.net.Pay: $30.00 - $35.00 per hourBenefits:<ul><li>Flexible schedule</li><li>Paid time off</li><li>Retirement plan</li></ul>Work Location: In person
