Part-Time Studio / Office Manager (Interior Design Firm)

Raleigh, NC (On-Site – 6500 Creedmoor Rd)
20–25 hours per week
$30–$35/hour (based on experience)

A high-end residential interior design firm is seeking a polished, detail-oriented professional to join our team as the Studio Manager. This role is ideal for an experienced office or operations professional seeking a part-time, on-site position in a collaborative and design-focused environment.

The Studio Manager serves as the operational backbone of the firm—ensuring smooth day-to-day administrative, financial, and vendor coordination functions, while representing the company professionally to clients and partners.

Key Responsibilities:

• Serve as the primary point of contact for studio visitors, clients, and vendors
• Prepare client contracts, reports, and documentation
• Manage client invoicing, purchase orders, and vendor payments (QuickBooks)
• Biweekly reporting of hourly design time to clients
• Coordinate vendor communication, order tracking, and issue resolution
• Maintain subcontractor documentation (COIs, 1099s)
• Support project setup and tracking in Asana
• Assist with marketing initiatives and campaign coordination
• Provide administrative and operational support to the design team
• Maintain studio organization and supplies

Qualifications:

• 5+ years of office management, administrative, or operations experience
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook)
• Experience with QuickBooks and/or Asana preferred
• Background in interior design, construction, or related industries a plus
• Bachelor’s degree preferred

Compensation & Benefits:

• $30–$35/hour, depending on experience
