We are seeking a dependable, organized, and tech-savvy Administrative Assistant to help keep our operations running smoothly and ensure an excellent client experience.
 
 
 
 
 
 
 Position Overview
 
 
 
 This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a structured environment, enjoys keeping systems organized, and takes pride in supporting a professional team. You will be the first point of contact for clients and a key contributor to the firm&rsquo;s day-to-day operations. This role may grow over time for the right candidate as the firm continues to expand.
 
 
 
 
 
 
 Schedule &amp; Compensation

 Monday&ndash;Thursday, 8:30am&ndash;2:30pm (24 hours/week)

 $25 per hour

 Key Responsibilities
 
 
 
 
 Client Support &amp; Office Management
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Greet clients and manage front desk responsibilities
 </li>
 <li>
 Answer and route phone calls professionally
 </li>
 <li>
 Handle incoming/outgoing mail
 </li>
 <li>
 Monitor office inventory and place supply orders
 </li>
 <li>
 Coordinate general office upkeep
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 
 CRM (Client Relationship Management) &amp; Technology Support
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Assist with CRM data entry and maintenance (Redtail)
 </li>
 <li>
 Maintain accuracy of client records and workflows
 </li>
 <li>
 Support updates within the firm&rsquo;s tech stack
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 
 Bookkeeping &amp; Administrative Operations
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Assist with bookkeeping tasks
 </li>
 <li>
 Manage receipt and expense tracking
 </li>
 <li>
 Maintain organized financial and administrative records
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 
 Document &amp; Digital File Management
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Organize and maintain digital and physical files and ensure secure document management
 </li>
 <li>
 Maintain digital inventory and update records as needed
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 
 Event Coordination
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Assist in planning and coordinating client appreciation events, seminars, and team activities
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 
 
 
 
 Qualifications
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
 </li>
 <li>
 Professional communication skills (phone, email, in-person)
 </li>
 <li>
 Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Adobe Acrobat; experience with CRM systems preferred
 </li>
 <li>
 Comfort learning and managing multiple technology platforms
 </li>
 <li>
 Bookkeeping experience is a plus
 </li>
 <li>
 Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
 </li>
 <li>
 Reliable, punctual, and self-directed
 </li>
