Plan and implement daily lesson plans that learning through play, exploration, and structured activities.Support children's development in all domains- social, emotional, physical, and cognitive- following early childhood education standards.Maintain a safe, clean, and organized classroom.Communicate daily with parents regarding their child's progress, milestones.Promote positive behavior management techniques that support children's self-regulation and problem-solving skills.Ensure all licensing regulations, center policies, and safety procedures are followed at all times.Minimum of a CHILD DEVELOPMENT ASSOCIATE (CDA) or equivalent early childhood credential (Associate or Bachelor's Degree preferred).Experience working with ages 3-4.Strong communication, teamwork, and organizational skills.Job Type: Full-timePay: $18.00 - $19.00 per hourBenefits:<ul><li>401(k) matching</li><li>Paid time off</li><li>Parental leave</li></ul>Work Location: In person
