Plan and implement daily lesson plans that learning through play, exploration, and structured activities.
Support children's development in all domains- social, emotional, physical, and cognitive- following early childhood education standards.
Maintain a safe, clean, and organized classroom.
Communicate daily with parents regarding their child's progress, milestones.
Promote positive behavior management techniques that support children's self-regulation and problem-solving skills.
Ensure all licensing regulations, center policies, and safety procedures are followed at all times.
Minimum of a CHILD DEVELOPMENT ASSOCIATE (CDA) or equivalent early childhood credential (Associate or Bachelor's Degree preferred).
Experience working with ages 3-4.
Strong communication, teamwork, and organizational skills.
