Job Summary We are seeking a detail-oriented Human Resources Assistant to join our team and support our ongoing HR initiatives. In this role, you will play a vital part in managing human capital processes, assisting with talent acquisition, employee onboarding, and maintaining HRIS systems. Your energetic approach will help foster a positive workplace environment, ensuring compliance with employment and labor laws while supporting strategic HR functions.Responsibilities<ul><li>Assist with talent acquisition activities including coordinating interview schedules.</li><li>Support new employee orientation programs to ensure smooth onboarding experiences.</li><li>Maintain accurate HR data entry and records management within the PLEX software system</li><li>Aid in benefits administration by processing enrollments, changes, and inquiries related to health insurance, retirement plans, and workers' compensation claims.</li><li>Track employee evaluation processes for the management team</li><li>Maintain HR bulletin boards and other communication tools</li></ul>Qualifications<ul><li>Prior experience in human resources management or administrative roles within a fast-paced environment a plus</li><li>Knowledge of human capital management principles, employment law (including FMLA), and OSHA regulations.</li><li>Excellent communication skills with the ability to handle sensitive information discreetly and professionally.</li><li>Demonstrated project management capabilities with the ability to coordinate multiple priorities effectively.</li><li>Ability to perform data entry accurately while managing large volumes of information within HR databases.</li><li>Knowledge of benefits administration processes including workers' compensation claims and leave management (FMLA).</li><li>Strong organizational skills with attention to detail;</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timeBase Pay: $46,000.00 - $56,000.00 per yearBenefits:<ul><li>401(k)</li><li>401(k) matching</li><li>Dental insurance</li><li>Flexible spending account</li><li>Health insurance</li><li>Life insurance</li><li>Paid time off</li><li>Retirement plan</li><li>Vision insurance</li></ul>Work Location: In person
