Freshbasket is looking for Accounts Payable Officer for their HeadofficeKey Responsibilities:<ul><li>Verify and process supplier invoices with proper approvals.</li><li>Prepare payment vouchers and process vendor payments through bank transfer or cheque.</li><li>Maintain and update vendor ledgers in the accounting system.</li><li>Perform vendor reconciliations and resolve discrepancies.</li><li>Deduct Withholding Tax (WHT) as per tax regulations.</li><li>Maintain proper documentation and filing for invoices and payments.</li><li>Prepare accounts payable aging reports and provide payment updates.</li><li>Record invoices and payments in ERP systems (e.g., Odoo) ensuring data accuracy.</li></ul>Requirements:<ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Accounting, Finance, B.Com, or related field.</li><li>1&ndash;3 years experience in accounts payable or accounting.</li><li>Good Knowledge of accounting software (ERP, Odoo, SAP, QuickBooks, etc.).</li><li>Good Excel skills and attention to detail.</li><li>Strong organizational and communication skills.</li><li>Ability to work under deadlines and handle multiple invoices</li></ul>Location: Badar Commercial Dha Phase 5, KarachiJob Type: Full-timePay: Rs40,000.00 - Rs60,000.00 per monthWork Location: In person
