Branch Manager

The Retail Branch Manager is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the retail branch, ensuring smooth store operations, achieving sales targets, managing staff, and delivering excellent customer service while maintaining company policies and standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and supervise daily retail branch operations.
  • Lead, train, and monitor store staff to ensure high performance and productivity.
  • Achieve monthly and yearly sales targets set by management.
  • Ensure excellent customer service and resolve customer complaints professionally.
  • Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with the supply chain to maintain stock availability.
  • Maintain proper merchandising and store presentation standards.
  • Prepare sales reports and analyze branch performance.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and operational guidelines.
  • Manage branch expenses and ensure cost control.
  • Coordinate with HR for staff hiring, training, and performance management.
  • Ensure proper handling of cash, banking, and financial records.
  • Monitor security and safety standards within the branch.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field.
  • 3–5 years of experience in retail management or a similar leadership role.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and retail management systems.
