HRCONSOL is urgently hiring for our leading retail client in Karachi. We are seeking an experienced and dynamic professional to lead multi-store food & grocery operations across the assigned region.

Location: Karachi
Salary Range: PKR 500,000 – 600,000 + other benefits

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage operations of multiple Super Stores within the assigned region
• Ensure smooth execution of store operations and strict SOP compliance
• Drive sales growth, profitability, and operational excellence
• Lead and implement change management initiatives
• Ensure timely replenishment and strong inventory control
• Minimize expiry and stock losses through effective monitoring
• Develop, mentor, and lead store management teams
• Maintain high standards of customer service and store presentation

Qualification:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, Retail Management, or related field
• MBA will be preferred

Experience & Skills:

• Minimum 7–10 years of experience in a reputable retail group
• Proven experience in handling multi-store operations
• Strong leadership, strategic planning, and analytical skills
• Excellent team management and problem-solving capabilities
