Role Overview – Operational Manager

Job Purpose:

We are looking for 5+ years of experience to lead and oversee multiple salon and spa locations within the assigned region, ensuring strong operational performance, revenue growth, and consistent service excellence. The role drives profitability, team development, brand standards, and customer satisfaction while implementing strategic initiatives to achieve regional business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and support salon operations across the region
• Drive sales, profitability, and achievement of KPIs
• Lead, coach, and develop Salon Managers and teams
• Ensure brand standards, service quality, and customer satisfaction
• Oversee budgets, reports, compliance, and operational audits
• Support marketing initiatives and business growth strategies

Key Requirements:

• 5+ years of multi-unit management experience (salon, retail, or hospitality preferred)
• Strong leadership, financial, and operational skills
• Ability to travel within the region

Experience:5 years
Location: Karachi (Onsite)
Working days & timings: Monday to Saturday (11 am to 8 pm)
