Production Manager – Plastic Injection Moulding

Production Manager with hands-on experience in plastic injection moulding to manage and oversee our production process. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, organizing, and controlling daily production activities to ensure efficiency, quality, and timely output.

• Plan, organize, and control daily production operations.
• Oversee the production process from raw material to finished goods.
• Manage production schedules to meet targets and delivery deadlines.
• Ensure efficient use of manpower, machines, and materials.
• Monitor quality standards and minimize rejection and wastage.
• Coordinate with maintenance, quality control, and procurement
• Troubleshoot production issues and implement continuous improvements.
• Ensure compliance with safety and operational standards.
