Sales Manager (UPS Division)

Job Overview:

We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Sales Manager to lead our UPS Division, based in Karachi with nationwide responsibility. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in industrial UPS (Uninterruptible Power Supply) sales, deep market knowledge, and a proven ability to manage the complete sales cycle — from customer engagement through to project closure. This is a key role that requires strategic thinking, customer-focused solutions, and team collaboration to drive business growth across Pakistan.

Job Description:

  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets for the UPS Division across Pakistan.
  • Identify and engage with potential customers, including end-users, consultants, contractors, and key project stakeholders.
  • Prepare and deliver technical and commercial proposals based on customer requirements.
  • Understand customer needs and propose optimized UPS solutions tailored to industrial and commercial applications.
  • Manage the complete sales lifecycle: lead generation, inquiry handling, quotation preparation, negotiations, and order finalization.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (engineering, operations, finance) to ensure successful project execution and timely delivery.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and project developments to identify new business opportunities.

Requirements:

  • Bachelors degree in Electrical Engineering, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Minimum 5–7 years of relevant experience in industrial UPS sales in the Pakistani market.
  • Strong existing network of contacts with consultants, EPC contractors, and industrial clients.
  • Excellent knowledge of UPS systems and their applications in industrial, commercial, or infrastructure projects.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.

Required Skills:

  • Strong technical and commercial acumen.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills—both written and verbal.
  • Confident in making presentations and technical discussions with clients.
  • Negotiation and contract management skills.
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and results-oriented.
  • A collaborative team player who contributes to overall business goals.
  • Willingness to travel as required across Pakistan.
