
Growth Manager – SaaS / Software Solutions
Responsibilities
- Drive customer acquisition and revenue growth
- Develop and execute growth strategies across sales channels
- Manage and optimize sales funnel, leads, and conversions
- Lead sales, telesales, and channel partner growth initiatives
- Identify new markets, segments, and expansion opportunities
- Improve MRR, upselling, renewals, and reduce churn
- Track performance metrics, CRM data, and growth analytics
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, IT (MBA preferred)
- 3–5 years of experience in growth, sales, or business development
- Experience in SaaS / software / ERP / POS / fintech preferred
- Strong analytical, planning, and execution skills
- Target-driven mindset with growth orientation
- Experience working with CRM and performance metrics
