Growth Manager – SaaS / Software Solutions

Responsibilities

  • Drive customer acquisition and revenue growth
  • Develop and execute growth strategies across sales channels
  • Manage and optimize sales funnel, leads, and conversions
  • Lead sales, telesales, and channel partner growth initiatives
  • Identify new markets, segments, and expansion opportunities
  • Improve MRR, upselling, renewals, and reduce churn
  • Track performance metrics, CRM data, and growth analytics

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, IT (MBA preferred)
  • 3–5 years of experience in growth, sales, or business development
  • Experience in SaaS / software / ERP / POS / fintech preferred
  • Strong analytical, planning, and execution skills
  • Target-driven mindset with growth orientation
  • Experience working with CRM and performance metrics
