We are urgently hiring for Regional Manager Sales for one of our clients.
Responsibilities:
- Achieve regional sales targets and drive consistent business growth.
- Identify and develop new business opportunities across commercial and industrial segments.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships, ensuring service excellence and timely product delivery.
- Lead, mentor, and coach the sales team to develop high performance and future leaders.
- Collaborate with marketing, planning, and supply chain teams for pricing strategy, demand forecasting, and inventory management.
- Conduct market intelligence, competitor analysis, and customer segmentation to stay updated on market trends.
- Engage with government, semi-government, and private sector organizations to support business expansion.
Requirements:
- MBA (Marketing) or equivalent from a reputable institution.
- 12-15 years of progressive experience in sales management within FMCG, industrial, or manufacturing sectors.
- Strong leadership, negotiation, and strategic planning skills.
- Proven ability to drive sales and lead teams in competitive markets.
Salary: Up To 400K
