Reports To: National Sales Manager / Director Sales
Experience Required: 4–5 years of relevant experience in the pharmaceutical industry
Preferred Background: Candidates with experience in below companies will be preferred

Key Duties & Responsibilities
Sales & Target Achievement
- Achieve regional sales targets (amount-wise and unit-wise).
- Ensure effective execution of sales plans within the assigned region.
- Monitor sales performance and take corrective actions where required.
Team Leadership & Distributor Management
- Organize, motivate, and lead the Sales Force and Distributors for optimum sales performance.
- Strengthen and improve the distribution setup to enhance sales and ensure timely recovery of payments.
- Address operational issues arising within the region.
Market Intelligence & Strategy
- Analyze competitor activities, market trends, and socio-economic factors.
- Conduct market surveys and gather relevant data to support strategic marketing decisions.
- Provide management with actionable insights to develop objective marketing strategies.
Reporting & Performance Monitoring
- Obtain and analyze statistical data related to sales reports, expiries, breakages, and input/output ratios.
- Evaluate field workers’ performance based on established or revised evaluation patterns.
- Ensure timely submission of regional reports to management.
Coordination & Communication
- Handle field queries related to technical or sales matters.
- Manage communication with customers, suppliers, and other concerned stakeholders.
Promotions & Business Development
- Develop promotional material for exhibitions and seminars in consultation with seniors.
- Prepare necessary materials to ensure effective and productive quarterly meetings.
- Suggest new product ideas in coordination with colleagues to expand the company’s product range.
Additional Responsibilities
- Undertake any additional assignments assigned by management to promote company interests and effectively utilize managerial capabilities.
