We are looking for a dynamic Brand Manager to take full ownership of brand growth across retail and digital platforms. This is a leadership role for someone who understands retail mechanisms, trade dynamics, brand positioning, and team management — someone who can drive execution and deliver measurable results.

Role Overview

As Brand Manager, you will lead brand strategy, retail execution, and marketing performance. You will manage cross-functional coordination, oversee merchandising standards, and ensure commercial targets are met.

This role requires a proactive go-getter who can manage a team, extract performance, and turn strategy into strong market execution.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and execute comprehensive brand strategies across retail and digital channels
  • Drive retail excellence: merchandising, planograms, display standards, and trade activations
  • Oversee product launches, pricing strategy, and promotional planning
  • Monitor sales performance, KPIs, and channel growth
  • Manage inventory planning and demand forecasting with supply chain coordination
  • Analyze competitor activity, market trends, and consumer behavior
  • Lead and manage internal teams, agencies, and vendors to ensure timely execution
  • Ensure brand consistency across all touchpoints
  • Deliver measurable results in revenue growth, visibility, and customer engagement

Ideal Candidate Profile

  • 4–6 years of experience in Brand Management, Trade Marketing, or Commercial Roles
  • Strong understanding of retail processes, trade marketing mechanisms, and sales operations
  • Proven leadership experience with the ability to manage and motivate teams
  • Strong commercial acumen and data-driven decision-making ability
  • Excellent project management and execution skills
  • Background in Business, Marketing, or Design
  • Proactive, result-oriented, and execution-focused mindset
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
