Shift Timings: 10pm-6am

Job Description:

Join our growing team as a Social Media Chat Support Representative. You'll play a key role in assisting customers through online chat by answering queries, resolving issues, and maintaining a positive, professional, and helpful attitude at all times.

Requirements:

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills

- Strong understanding of major social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, etc.)

- Ability to handle multiple chats and tasks efficiently

- Positive attitude with a customer first mindset

- Quick learner with the ability to adapt to new tools and systems

- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with online communication tools

- Strong problem solving and time management skills

- Ability to work independently as well as within a team
