Job Overview:
We are seeking a creative, data-driven Social Media Manager to oversee our social media strategy, grow our online presence, and engage with our audience across platforms. The ideal candidate combines strategic thinking, content creation skills, and analytical insight to deliver measurable results.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, implement, and manage social media strategies aligned with business goals.
• Create, curate, and schedule engaging content for platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, X (Twitter), TikTok, and YouTube.
• Monitor and respond to comments, messages, and mentions in a timely and professional manner.
• Analyze social media performance metrics and generate reports to optimize campaigns.
• Collaborate with marketing, design, and content teams to ensure consistent brand messaging.
• Stay updated on trends, algorithm changes, and emerging social media platforms.
• Manage social media advertising campaigns, including budgeting, targeting, and performance tracking.
• Identify and build relationships with influencers and brand partners.
• Maintain a content calendar and ensure deadlines are met.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of proven experience as a Social Media Manager or in a similar role.
• Strong knowledge of social media platforms, tools, and analytics.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Creative mindset with the ability to develop engaging visual and written content.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Familiarity with social media management tools.
• Experience with paid social media campaigns is a plus.

Pay: Rs35,000.00 - Rs50,000.00 per month
