Fortune Tech is hiring Customer Service Representatives for our transportation services operations. We work across the US and coordinate vehicle transportation from one location to another.

Job Responsibilities:

• Handle inbound and outbound calls with US clients and carriers
• Coordinate vehicle transportation orders across the USA
• Communicate with carriers, drivers, and customers on calls and messages
• Provide customer support and shipment updates
• Track pickups and deliveries
• Handle daily dispatch and coordination activities

Required Skills:

• Good English communication skills (spoken and written)
• Comfortable working in a call-based environment

Work Location:
Gulshan-e-Iqbal , Block 3 , near Disco Bakery, Karachi

Working Hours (Ramadan Schedule):

• 8:00 PM to 4:00 AM
• (for females timings: 8:00 PM to 1:00 AM)

Working hours

• 6:00 PM to 3:00 AM
• (for females timings : 6:00 PM to 1:00 AM)

Salary Package:

• PKR 35,000 – 40,000 per month
• Commission in USD Dollars
• Daily hand-cash

Important Notes:

• This is a call-based job.
• We do not provide any conveyance / pick & drop facility.
• No conveyance will be provided for female candidates as well.
