Customer Service Representative - Night Shift

Working Days: Monday to Friday
Timings: 6:00 PM – 3:00 AM (Night Shift)
Location: On-site | Block 13, Gulistan-e-Johar, Karachi

Job Overview

We are looking for a motivated and communication-driven Customer Service Representative to join our Sales Department. The ideal candidate will have experience dealing with US-based clients, strong sales support skills, and the ability to manage logistics-related sales operations efficiently during the night shift.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound calls with US-based clients professionally
• Communicate with customers via phone, email, and chat
• Follow up with existing and potential customers to close deals
• Book vehicle shipment orders accurately and timely
• Achieve and maintain daily KPIs target.
• Maintain accurate records of bookings and client interactions

Requirements

• Must have an international sales background.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, especially over phone calls
• Strong command of English with a neutral or US-friendly accent
• Ability to work efficiently in a night shift environment
• Goal-oriented mindset with the ability to meet daily KPIs
