Job Title: Customer Support Executive (Sales Department) Shift: Night Shift (6:00 PM-3:00 AM) Office Location: Block 13, Gulistan e Johar, KarachiJob Summary:We are looking for a dedicated and customer-focused Customer Support Executive to join our team for the night shift. The ideal candidate must have excellent English communication skills and a strong ability to handle customer queries efficiently and professionally.Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat in a timely and professional manner</li><li>Provide accurate information and resolve customer issues effectively</li><li>Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction through clear and polite communication</li><li>Document customer interactions and update records accurately</li><li>Escalate complex issues to the relevant department when required</li><li>Follow company policies, procedures, and quality standards</li><li>Proactively contact clients to present and promote company services.</li><li>Achieve monthly shipment targets while consistently meeting daily KPIs</li><li>Handle inbound and outbound client communications via phone.</li></ul>Requirements:<ul><li>Excellent verbal and written English communication skills</li><li>Ability to work independently during night shifts</li><li>Strong problem-solving and interpersonal skills</li><li>Customer-oriented mindset with a positive attitude</li><li>Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM systems (preferred)</li><li>Prior customer support or call center experience is a plus</li></ul>What We Offer<ul><li>Market competitive salary</li><li>Uncapped commission structure</li><li>Transportation services for female employees</li><li>Zero-pressure working environment</li><li>Fun workplace culture (yes, we&rsquo;ll make you a table tennis pro)</li><li>Supportive and friendly team environment</li><li>Complete training provided</li><li>Transportation facility provided for female employees residing in North Nazimabad, Buffer Zone, F.B Area, Gulshan-e-Iqbal, and Gulistan-e-Johar.
