In this role, you will communicate directly with individual customers (B2C) across the United States, educate them about our vehicle shipping services, negotiate pricing, collect shipment details, and convert inquiries into successful bookings. The ideal candidate will be responsible for executing manual and automated testing, supporting UAT processes, identifying defects, and ensuring that all software products meet business and technical requirements before release.Key Responsibilities1. Manual Testing<ul><li>Analyze business and technical requirements to design test cases and test scenarios</li><li>Perform functional, regression, integration, system, and exploratory testing</li><li>Identify, document, and track bugs using defect tracking tools</li><li>Validate fixes and perform re-testing and regression cycles</li></ul>2.
