If you thrive in fast-paced settings and enjoy engaging with diverse guests, this role is perfect for you!Responsibilities<ul><li>Greet guests warmly upon arrival and assist with check-in and check-out procedures efficiently</li><li>Manage multi-line phone systems, answer inquiries, and provide accurate information about hotel services and amenities</li><li>Handle guest requests promptly, including room changes, special accommodations, and concierge services</li><li>Maintain accurate records of reservations, cancellations, and guest billing using hotel management software</li><li>Conduct night audits to reconcile daily transactions, ensuring financial accuracy and reporting discrepancies</li><li>Provide exceptional guest relations by addressing concerns professionally and ensuring satisfaction throughout their stay</li><li>Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure rooms are prepared to high standards before guest arrival</li></ul>Skills<ul><li>Strong background in hospitality management with a focus on customer service excellence</li><li>Bilingual or multilingual abilities to communicate effectively with diverse guests</li><li>Previous hotel experience, especially at the front desk or in guest services roles</li><li>Knowledge of hotel management systems and reservation software</li><li>Excellent phone etiquette and ability to manage multi-line phone systems confidently</li><li>Familiarity with night audit procedures and hotel operations in resort settings</li><li>Exceptional interpersonal skills to build positive guest relations and resolve issues promptly</li></ul>This role is ideal for motivated individuals passionate about hospitality who want to grow their career in a lively resort environment.
