Responsibilities

  • Greet guests warmly upon arrival and assist with check-in and check-out procedures efficiently
  • Manage multi-line phone systems, answer inquiries, and provide accurate information about hotel services and amenities
  • Handle guest requests promptly, including room changes, special accommodations, and concierge services
  • Maintain accurate records of reservations, cancellations, and guest billing using hotel management software
  • Conduct night audits to reconcile daily transactions, ensuring financial accuracy and reporting discrepancies
  • Provide exceptional guest relations by addressing concerns professionally and ensuring satisfaction throughout their stay
  • Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure rooms are prepared to high standards before guest arrival

Skills

  • Strong background in hospitality management with a focus on customer service excellence
  • Bilingual or multilingual abilities to communicate effectively with diverse guests
  • Previous hotel experience, especially at the front desk or in guest services roles
  • Knowledge of hotel management systems and reservation software
  • Excellent phone etiquette and ability to manage multi-line phone systems confidently
  • Familiarity with night audit procedures and hotel operations in resort settings
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills to build positive guest relations and resolve issues promptly
