Responsibilities
- Greet guests warmly upon arrival and assist with check-in and check-out procedures efficiently
- Manage multi-line phone systems, answer inquiries, and provide accurate information about hotel services and amenities
- Handle guest requests promptly, including room changes, special accommodations, and concierge services
- Maintain accurate records of reservations, cancellations, and guest billing using hotel management software
- Conduct night audits to reconcile daily transactions, ensuring financial accuracy and reporting discrepancies
- Provide exceptional guest relations by addressing concerns professionally and ensuring satisfaction throughout their stay
- Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure rooms are prepared to high standards before guest arrival
Skills
- Strong background in hospitality management with a focus on customer service excellence
- Bilingual or multilingual abilities to communicate effectively with diverse guests
- Previous hotel experience, especially at the front desk or in guest services roles
- Knowledge of hotel management systems and reservation software
- Excellent phone etiquette and ability to manage multi-line phone systems confidently
- Familiarity with night audit procedures and hotel operations in resort settings
- Exceptional interpersonal skills to build positive guest relations and resolve issues promptly
