Comfortside West LLC is looking for a detail‑oriented E‑Commerce Specialist to support our growing online sales channels. We distribute ductless air conditioning systems, including our brands COOPER&amp;HUNTER and OLMO.If you have strong attention to detail, enjoy working in fast‑paced online environments, and have hands‑on experience with Shopify or similar platforms, we&rsquo;d love to meet you.Position Overview:<ul><li>Pay: $21/hr + Commission.</li><li>Hours: Monday through Friday, 8am-4pm or 10am to 6pm.</li><li>PTO: Available after 90 days of employment.</li></ul>What You&rsquo;ll Do<ul><li>Engage with customers via phone, email, chat, and Shopify inboxes</li><li>Assist with product selection, pricing, availability, and order status</li><li>Follow up on inquiries, quotes, abandoned carts, and pending orders</li><li>Process orders, returns, and adjustments accurately</li><li>Monitor orders through fulfillment and delivery</li><li>Update product listings, pricing, and inventory across platforms</li><li>Optimize listings for SEO and conversion</li><li>Support digital marketing efforts (email, social media, PPC)</li><li>Track leads and maintain organized follow‑up</li><li>Identify recurring customer issues or listing gaps</li><li>Document customer interactions and collaborate with the team</li></ul>Qualifications:<ul><li>1+ year of e‑commerce, customer service, or sales support experience</li><li>Hands‑on experience with Shopify or similar platforms</li><li>Strong understanding of SEO and digital marketing basics</li><li>Excellent communication, organization, and multitasking skills</li><li>Comfortable with order systems, inboxes, and CRM‑style tools</li><li>Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Google Workspace</li><li>Basic HTML/CSS or web design familiarity is a plus</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: $21.00 per hourAbility to Commute:<ul><li>Lancaster, TX 75134 (Required)</li></ul>Ability to Relocate:<ul><li>Lancaster, TX 75134: Relocate before starting work (Required)</li></ul>Work Location: In person
